What we can do is to understand the contributory factors of obesity and regulate and control them.

Obesity in long run may be the contributory factor for most of the life style diseases like cholesterol, heart diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes and even certain types of cancers. So no properly managed obesity become a life threat problem and it may alter the whole lifestyle of an obese person.
